New Delhi, Apr 16 (ANI): Going to gym and sticking to balanced diet to check your weight is a herculean task to follow. There are much better and simple tricks to keep weight under control according to experts. Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down the stairs; nothing could be as simple as this. It works as a form of exercise and is said to help in a big way when it comes to lose weight. Walk before dinner, as it will cut down the calories before your next meal. Make an active social outing once a week, it will help you refresh your body. Trekking, adventure sports, bike ride could be beneficial. Eat 90 percent of your food at home; home cooked food is way better than fast food you get at your usual food joints. Eat cereals for your breakfast. Cereals could be an ideal breakfast which has several health benefits. Eat fruit instead of drinking juice. Eating fruits will satisfy your stomach in comparison to packed juice boxes which often consists preservatives.
